BALTRADER MARINE INSULATION FOR GAS & STEAM TURBINE

We are offering custom made gas and steam turbine insulation. Textile joints are applied in:

Acoustic and thermal insulation products produced combining thermal insulation features of aluminium foil and glass fibre which results as material increasing thermal and acoustic insulation, thus attaining the heat reflecting coefficient up to 95%. 

Glass fibre textile joints are applied for connection of vibrating devices. They are elastic and they assure heat and pressure resistance and as well they present acoustic insulation features.

Due to the high technological equipment of the company, we can provide our customers with die cutting services. Accordingly to instructions and technical specifications of customers we manufacture variously formed patterns from glass and ceramic fiber (fabric, netting) materials and needled mat.

  • Baltrader Marine Welding blankets are a type of safety equipment that are used to protect people and property from sparks, flames, and heat generated during welding operations. They are made from fire-resistant materials and are designed to withstand high temperatures – working temperatures ranges from 280’C up to 1000’C.
  • Baltrader Marine Car Fire blankets , multiple / reusable or single time use car fire blankets are designed to stop any car fire, but with a special emphasis for suppressing electric car fires.
